ReturnsIf for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item. Your item(s() must be returned in the original packaging and you must also be able to provide a copy of your original order or your order number.
RefundsOnce we receive your returned item, we will inspect the item and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an immediate refund to your credit ordebit card. The time it will take for this to be applied to your debit/credit account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
We regret that any charitable donations made with an order cannot be refunded.
ShippingWe ask that you arrange and pay for the return postage (unless the goods are faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the goods are faulty, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
